We’re excited to be part of your wedding day. Below are key details to help you understand how we work, what to expect, and to answer common questions you may have before booking. We want you to feel confident, informed, and excited as we bring your bridal vision to life.

Communication

We are an open book and LOVE a chat; you are always welcome to call, email or schedule a 1:1 call with Bonnie to go through any fine details.
Please allow time between emails especially during the wedding season as our upcoming Bride’s are a top priority.
You will be sent your final details (our arrival time etc) 6 weeks before your magical day - this allows any changes that need to be made from your/photographers end (we are there to fit in seamlessly with your morning)
Most information you will need will be in you MBL X YOU guide that you will receive on quote acceptance.

Booking & Deposit

• To secure your wedding date and artists, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total balance.

• Your booking is confirmed once both your deposit is received and your contract is signed.

• Once your deposit is paid and your date is secured, no changes can be made to reduce the number of services in your quote. Additional guests are welcome to be added if needed.
  
  Payments

• The remaining balance is due eight (8) weeks before your wedding date.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer only.

• All payments made are non-refundable.

Travel & Additional Fees

• Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will be clearly outlined in your quote.

• Any parking fees, tolls, or accommodation costs (if required due to location or early start times) will be added to your final invoice and communicated in advance.

• Early Start Fee: A start time at or before 5:00 AM will incur an additional $350 Early Wake-Up Fee due to the extended travel and preparation time required by artists.

Changes & Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule within twelve (12) weeks of your wedding date, your original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure the new date.

• Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-related issues, are non-refundable.

Bridal Trials

• If you have TWO artists for hair and makeup, we will do our best to schedule both trials on the same day, but availability may vary. Booking well in advance is recommended to secure your preferred dates.

• Bridal Trial tips will be sent out prior to your booking with details on how to best prepare.

Trial Pricing:

• One style (hair or makeup) – 1.5 hours $200

• Two to three styles per hair or makeup (or extended time) – 2 hours from $350

Styling on the Wedding Day

• Each artist has a minimum booking of five (5) services unless quoted otherwise.

• Additional guests requesting styling on the day will be accommodated only if time allows and with approval from the bride. Payment must be made upfront and in full.

• We do not offer complimentary touch-ups or styling for guests who are not pre-booked.
